This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be shipped.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within up to 3 business days from the time the order is placed.
Processing time includes order review, preparation, and packaging, and does not include shipping transit time.
Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.
Because our pieces are handmade and handled individually, processing times may vary slightly during busy periods.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Please note:
Items that require custom adjustments, alterations, or special modifications are not included in the standard 3 business day processing timeframe.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Time
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package size.
Orders are shipped via Israel Post (Registered Mail).
Domestic Shipping (Israel)
Estimated delivery time is up to 14 business days from the shipping date.
In most cases, domestic orders arrive earlier.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
Estimated delivery time for international orders is up to 14 business days from the shipping date, depending on the destination.
International delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, and destination-specific regulations.

Once an order has been handed over to Israel Post, delivery times and delays are outside of our control, and exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Carriers
We currently ship using Israel Post.
Additional shipping carriers may be added in the future.
Depending on the selected shipping service, you may receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Customs & Import Fees (International Shipping)
We ship worldwide to most countries via Israel Post.
International customers are responsible for any additional charges that may apply, including:

Clearance or handling fees
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs fees and returned to us, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive:

A tracking number, after the parcel has been accepted and scanned by Israel Post
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system.
Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

Lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete information

Failed delivery attempts by the carrier
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
