Because our pieces are handmade, upcycled, and often one-of-a-kind, we aim to be as clear and fair as possible regarding returns and exchanges.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

Include all original packaging, labels, and accessories

Be returned within 14 days of receiving your order (or your local legal requirement)
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Customized or altered items

Items marked as Final Sale

Gift cards

Items damaged after delivery
Upcycled pieces may contain intentional variations in texture, tone, and finish.
These are features of the design and not considered defects.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges, due to the unique nature of our items.
If you need a different size or item:

Return the original item following our return guidelines

Place a new order on the website
Returns Process

Wait for approval and return instructions

Ship the item back to the address provided
Items returned without approval will not be processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item arrived damaged or defective:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable
If the package was returned due to refusal to pay customs, shipping charges will also be deducted from the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged:

Include photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where possible
Please note:
Variations in denim shade, texture, fading, or stitching due to the upcycling process are intentional and not considered defects.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 5–14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
Lost Return Packages
We are not responsible for return shipments lost in transit.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Late or Missing Refunds
