All orders are processed within up to 3 business days from the time the order is placed. Processing includes order review, preparation, and packaging. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

Orders are shipped twice a week - on Mondays and Thursdays. Your order will ship on the next available shipping day after processing is completed. We do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, or holidays.

We are a small, independent brand and every order is prepared by hand. Shipping on fixed days allows us to work in an organized rhythm and give each order the attention it deserves.

Estimated delivery time is up to 14 business days from the shipping date. In most cases, orders arrive earlier. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary.

At this time, all orders are shipped via Israel Post (Registered Mail) only. This allows us to maintain a consistent and organized process for all orders.

The tracking number is sent after your order is shipped and scanned by Israel Post.Tracking updates may not appear immediately and depend on the postal service system.

Once your order has been handed over to Israel Post, delivery times are outside of our control. We’re always available to assist with tracking if needed.
