We’re
9099 is a slow-fashion streetwear brand founded by Ann & Hanna.
We create limited, handcrafted pieces using upcycled denim, deadstock fabrics, and carefully selected ready-made garments.
Our mission is to bring back fashion that feels human again- personal, intentional, and built to last.
Where do your fabrics come from?
Most of the materials we use come from second-hand shops that support important social causes.
Every fabric we buy is also a small act of support for communities in need.
That’s one of the reasons we believe in upcycling.
It’s not just better for the planet.
It feels right.
Why Denim?
Denim is our main material.
It’s strong, timeless, and already part of almost every wardrobe.
We love it because it carries signs of wear and life- fades, creases, texture
all of which become part of the new piece,
not something we try to hide.
How we work
We design and make everything in small quantities.
Some pieces are produced as limited models.
Others exist as one of one.
We work by hand, from start to finish- from sourcing the materials, to pattern-making, cutting and sewing.
Nothing leaves our hands unless we’re fully proud of it.
Our vision
We believe fashion should slow down.
Create less, but with meaning.
Make pieces worth keeping, not replacing.
Our vision is to build a brand where clothing holds value again;
emotionally, ethically, and creatively.
Not fast.
Not disposable.
Just intentional fashion that lasts.
Who are the Niners?
And if you feel that too you’re not just a customer.
You’re part of the Niners.
The Niners are our community.
Creators, outsiders, and people who care about how things are made.
People who choose pieces with meaning, not just a look.
